The oldest building in Torquay with tales to tell of medieval monks and wealthy families - both once owners of much of the surrounding land that is now Torquay. Archaeological excavations have revealed some exciting finds. The gardens include a traditional knot garden and a special section called Agatha Christie's Potent Plants.
