What makes this a great venue for School group Fun or Educational Visits?

The Schools and Colleges Programme at Tate Liverpool supports and enriches classroom practice through a variety of events designed to extend knowledge and understanding of Tate's unique collection of historic, modern and contemporary art. By encouraging pupils and teachers to engage with the different types of artwork on display, we wish to promote confidence in being in the gallery environment and self confidence in personal interpretations of art.

What facilities are there for school groups for food and drink, shop etc?

We have an on site-cafe and gift shop.

Is specific clothing required?

Are there any restrictions on photos, copyright etc?

Photography is generally not permitted in the galleries for copyright reasons. If you would like to use photography, please enquire when making your booking.
