Religious Education through exploring a place of worship and a Christian community, Poetry writing, Chaucer’s footsteps, Art and the stained glass windows, Maths and Science and much more.
Primary School children can dress up in costumes for themed tours of the Cathedral and we have an amazing Project Room full of kinaesthetic activities.
Secondary school students can have a tour with one of our volunteer guides who are eager to share their knowledge and love of the Cathedral.
Children of all ages are welcome.
We have a range of materials that can be provided by the Schools Department and information about the Cathedral is found on our website.
All Primary School accompanying adults are free of charge. For secondary schools 1 teacher is free for every 10 pupils.
We have a generic risk assessment but advise teachers to carry out their own to complement ours.

There is a small gift shopinside the Cathedral and a large one in the Precincts.
