A group must contain a minimum of 10 people. There is no maximum. Adults are admitted on a ratio of 1:7 students.
Risk assessments are available on our website. Teachers can also arrange a free pre-visit if required.

There is a large cafe with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as further smaller outlets located around the Zoo grounds. The shop is located at the main entrance.
