What makes this a great venue for School group Fun or Educational Visits?

We currently have lots of local schools and colleges use or venue for social development, Fun days out, Rewards, educational visits (maths, business, leisure & tourism. There are many other uses that schools can use our venue for.

What are the Curriculum Topics or Benefit to the students from a visit?

We can cover from Marketing and Business studies talks and Also some areas of many other courses.

What are the activities?

Tenpin Bowling (upto 160 people at any one time), Quasar Laser Adventure (Must be aged 9 or above also 4"6 inches tall) we can have upto 28 people in the 3 story arena at any one time.

What is the age range of the activities?

4 years old to 90 years old.

What materials to you provide or suggest groups bring to support the visit?

Sensible shoes are required for Quasar and loose clothing for Tenpin Bowling.

What are the minimum and maximum group sizes and the free Teacher Ratio?

Maximun for bowling at one time is 160 people (if more we can stagger start times) Quasar Upto 28 people. The teachers/helpers go free at a 1 in 8 ratio.

Do you have or how do you arrange risk assessment?

We have risk assesments for both Bowling & Quasar and we have full liability insurance.

Do you offer Teacher familiarisation days?

Yes avaliable on request.

What facilities are there for school groups for food and drink, shop etc?

We have s Diner facility that can provide hot food and drinks. We have structured menus avaliable for youth groups with drinks. Plus many vending machines.

Is specific clothing required?

Nothing spacific, but clothing that does not restrict arm and leg movement is suggested for Bowling and non slip footware for Quasar

Do you have first aid on site?

We always have a minimum of 2 trained first aiders on site with first aid stations located in multiple locations in the centre.

Are there any restrictions on photos, copyright etc?

Please always ask a manager for spacific instruction to your requirements.

We have full disabled access to our centre, free parking, Bar, Diner, Interactive games area, We are a family centre and can host any type of school/youth group.
