Summary:
The children all learnt a lot about where our food comes from and the trip has raised their awareness of organic farming and produce.

Good facilities in the education centre. Lots of animals to see and farming activities to take part in.
Benefit:
Excellent preparation and planning to ensure our objective of raising the children's awareness of where our food comes from ie. "Field to Plate"
Plus points:
There was no charge for the visit. We just paid for the coach.
Appropriate and interesting activities for all levels of ability and ages.
Fantastic "hands on" experiences
All activities led by experienced Education Consultant.
Children loved bottle feeding the water buffalo, holding the chicks and seeing the piglets. The enormous compost heap was a highlight of the trip for one pupil!
