Summary:
Excellent visit of contrasting scale of production in the motor vehicle industry. Provided firsta rate insight into industrial and commercial practices and issues regading the environment and use of quality control sytems. The visit was lead by a knowledgeble and friendly guide and piteched to the correct level for our secondary KS4 and KS5 pupils. Highlights included witnessing the love and care put into handcrafted batch produced craftsmen made Morgan's compared to the delicacy but efficiency of comuter controlled robots on the Jaguar production line.

Fitted into DT GCSE and A level Resistant Materials Technology courses brilliantly.
Plus points:
Great visits to both factories. Fitted into DT curriculum very well. Rare chance to see car making plants in action. Health and saftey well considered.
Minus points:
A little of a long way to go from London to the Malverns to visit the Morgan factory (but worth it)
