Property Description

The lodge is a beautifully restored farmhouse that can accommodate approx. 100 people in both dorm and private ensuite rooms.The standard of accommodation is excellent and we have a number of recreational rooms, BBQ areas, conference room, outdoor pursuits area, super self catering kitchen and we also offer group meals & packed lunch options.

Disabled facilities:

We offer wheel chair access and accommodation in an ensuite private room on the ground floor.

Catering:

Groups have the option of self catering or we are happy to cater for groups for both lunch and dinner options. There are BBQ facilities too.

Kitchen:

The lodge has 2 kitchens both of which guests are welcome to use. The large kitchen is a fully equipped commercial kitchen and the smaller is a standard domestic kitchen.

Dining Room:

Dining facilities consists of our canteen area and the dining room.

Bedrooms:

The lodge offers a mix of 6, 8 & 10 bed dorms all of which are ensuite. We also offer twin, double, triple and quad ensuite rooms. Linen and towels are supplied and the private rooms are furnished to hotel standards.

All linen and towels are supplied

Bathrooms:

All rooms are ensuite.

Sitting room:

We have a number of recreational rooms including our sun room that over looks the court yard and we also have the upstairs lounge with 42 ' plasma tv. and views to Newgrange and Dowth.

Meeting room:

The main conference/meeting room can hold approx. 40 theatre style however, we can arrange workshops in our other recreational areas.

Games room:

The games room consists of board games, air hockey and a playstation.

Outdoor Facilities:

We have access to the local football pitch that is located in an adjoining field and we also have our own field that contains 7 acres.

Nearest swimming pool is Drogheda and it is also home to Irelands largest indoor water & theme park. Approx. 10 minute drive away.
