Culdees is the perfect place to stay in a homely, laid back atmosphere for groups wanting to explore the Heart of the Scottish Highlands. We warmly welcome learning and school groups and can help accommodate a range of needs for your party dependant on your requirements. Situated on a small working farm and as part of a fledgling eco-village Culdees is a great place to stay for both adults and children where we aim to work with uests and learn together about eco building, recycling and sustainability.

Property Description

Culdees is located right in the heart of the Scottish Highlands overlooking Loch Tay. With varying accommodation options we can house up to 38 persons.

We offer beds in the bunkhouse for upto 16 people in 4 cosy 4-bed rooms and can easily accommodate larger groups in the adjoining farm house consisting of 3 family rooms (each with a double bed and bunkbed), a double room and a self contained cottage which can sleep up to 8 people.

There is a arge, well equipped kitchen, a drying room, a warm and cosy living room, 5 shower rooms and a big music room with guitars, pianos and other musical instruments.

Our multilingual and friendly staff are always here for you and will be pleased to give you a warm welcome.
