We are remote yet accessible, have a wide range of activities, set in our own grounds where school children can make as much noise as they like, excellent on-site facilities

11 bedroom accommodation sleeping up to 27, for use by groups wanting either outdoor activities such as archery and orienteering or indoor curricular ones. Media suite for DVD production. On the Bronte and Pendle Way, on the moors above Burnley, Pendle and Colne. Games room with pool table, table football, piano and stereo. Tv lounge with freeview, gardens and play area, and use of adjacent woodland.

Full disabled access including lift, wet room and disabled toilets

Catering:

Groups can either stay full board, B&B, self catering or any combination.

Kitchen:

Large fully equipped kitchen suitable also suitable for self- catering.

Dining room seats up to 30

Bedrooms:

12 bedrooms sleeping up to 27.
One single, nine twin, and two which each sleep four in bunks.
Three of the twin rooms have en-suite shower rooms.

Linen:

All bedlinen and t-towels included, but groups need to bring their own towels

Bathrooms:

Three ensuite shower rooms, three further upstairs shower rooms, downstairs wet/shower room suitable for wheelchair users.

Sitting room:

Large lounge with dining room and games room through double doors which can be opened up.

Meeting room:

Two conference type rooms with smart board, pc, overhead projector

Games room with pool table, table football and piano
